Sendible Review (2026): Features, Pricing, and Who It Is Really For

Sendible scores 3.3/5 in our weighted review. It renamed its plans to Core, Plus, Premium, Elite, and Enterprise in mid-2026 and made users unlimited. Full scorecard, tier gating, and limits.

by Subhana Bintay Azam | 5 August 2026

Sendible is a strong mid-market pick for agencies running multiple client accounts, and a weak one for almost everyone else. I scored it 3.3 out of 5. Ease of use is its best category at 4.0; supported channels and pricing tie for weakest at 3.0.

Sendible repackaged its plans in mid-2026. The retired Creator, Traction, and Scale tiers are now Core, Plus, Premium, Elite, and Enterprise, and every tier now includes unlimited users. Most reviews still quote the old names, the old prices, and the old per-seat limits.

Three strengths earn most of the score: Client Connect credential-free client onboarding, approval workflows, and the Report Hub. Three limits pull it down: LinkedIn reauthorization failures, a caption-only AI layer with no bring-your-own-key option, and no social listening.

This review covers the current plans, what each tier gates, per-network publishing behaviour, analytics limits, and the exact conditions where Sendible stops working.

Verdict Scorecard

I scored Sendible against the same seven-category rubric applied to every tool on this site.

Disclosure: PostMonk, the publisher of this review, builds a competing social media scheduling tool. Sendible was scored without adjustment. See how we review social media management tools for the full method.

The evidence base was Sendible’s live pricing and feature pages, its public changelog and help center, and 1,042 verified reviews on G2 and Capterra. The weighted result is 3.3 out of 5. No Sendible walkthrough video from the past 12 months was available, so the observations here rest on documentation and verified user reports.

Category Weight Score
Scheduling and publishing 25% 3.5/5
Supported channels and integrations 20% 3.0/5
Content creation tools 15% 3.0/5
Analytics and reporting 15% 3.5/5
Ease of use 10% 4.0/5
Pricing and value 10% 3.0/5
Support and reputation 5% 3.5/5
Overall 100% 3.3/5

Ease of use is Sendible’s strongest result at 4.0. Scheduling and analytics both land at 3.5. Channels and pricing tie for weakest at 3.0, held down by the stripped Twitter/X analytics and the jump from Core to Plus.

Verdict: the most agency-ready platform in its price band, and a poor fit for anyone who needs social listening, developer access, or dependable LinkedIn publishing.

What Is Sendible?

Sendible is a social media management platform for agencies, freelancers, and multi-location brands. It launched in London in 2009 under founder Gavin Hammar. ASG, an Alpine Investors software group, acquired it in 2021. Sendible now reports more than 30,000 customers.

The platform centres on multi-account scheduling, client management, and reporting across nine social networks. Its dashboard runs in 11 languages, which matters for agencies with distributed teams.

Ratings verified July 2026: G2 rates Sendible 4.5 out of 5 across 905 reviews. Capterra rates it 4.6 across 137 reviews. Trustpilot is the outlier at 4.2 across only 23 reviews.

Who Sendible Is NOT For

Sendible serves a narrower buyer than its marketing suggests. Skip it if any of these describe you:

  • You need social listening or brand monitoring. Sendible has no keyword tracking, no mention alerts, and no listening product. Its /features/social-listening URL redirects to the homepage.
  • You report on Twitter/X. Sendible still publishes to X but dropped X analytics and X inbox access. You would need a second tool for performance data and replies.
  • LinkedIn is your primary client channel. Reauthorization failures are the most frequently cited complaint across G2 and Capterra, and posts fail silently when a connection drops.
  • You want your own AI key or a developer API. AI Assist runs only on Sendible’s managed OpenAI connection, and Zapier is the only documented automation path.
  • You publish to Pinterest. Pinterest is absent from Sendible’s supported network list.

Sendible Pros and Cons

Sendible’s strengths cluster around agency operations. Its weaknesses cluster around channel depth and publishing reliability. Here is the evidenced split.

What Sendible Does Well

Each strength below traces to Sendible’s own documentation or to a repeated pattern in verified reviews.

  • Client Connect removes password sharing. Clients authorize their own profiles through a secure link across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky.
  • Approval workflows are genuinely easy. Individual approval, bulk approval, client-only dashboards, and forced-approval rules for junior staff are all supported.
  • The Report Hub is deep for the price. A drag-and-drop builder, eight pre-built quick reports, and a Google Analytics module cover most agency reporting needs.
  • Ease of use is the most-praised attribute. It is the single most consistent theme across 905 G2 reviews and 137 Capterra reviews.
  • Smart Queues handle evergreen rotation properly. Queues recycle content up to two years ahead, with start, pause, edit, and reorder controls.
  • Post validation catches format errors before they ship. Sendible checks image sizes, video formats, and per-network file requirements when you create, edit, and approve a post.
  • Unlimited users on every tier. Seats stopped being a cost lever in the mid-2026 repackage, which is unusual in this category.

Where Sendible Falls Short

Every limitation below traces to Sendible’s own documentation or to a corroborated pattern across at least two independent review sources.

  • LinkedIn reauthorization failures. Connections drop and scheduled posts fail silently until you manually reauthorize the account.
  • Video publishing failures. Scheduled videos have failed to post on Instagram and other networks in repeated Capterra reports.
  • Twitter/X is publishing only. There is no X reporting module, no X inbox, and no X mention tracking.
  • No social listening and no competitor benchmarking. Neither capability exists anywhere in the product.
  • AI Assist is caption-only. No hashtag generation, no image generation, no alt text, and no bring-your-own-key support.
  • No public REST API or webhooks. Automation ceilings out at Zapier, and no native MCP server exists.
  • Profile allowances fell in the repackage. Every tier above Core carries fewer social profiles than its retired equivalent did.
  • The mobile app is unreliable. Multiple Capterra reviewers report crashes on open.

The pros list is longer than the cons list, and that is the honest reading. Sendible does the agency job well. The failures are specific, concentrated, and easy to plan around once you know where they are.

Sendible Pricing: Plans, the Tier Cliff, and What Agencies Actually Pay

Current Plans at a Glance

Sendible sells five subscription tiers, from Core to Enterprise. There is no free plan, and the 14-day trial needs no credit card. Capacity limits verified at sendible.com/pricing on August 3, 2026.

One sourcing note matters here. Sendible’s pricing page renders its prices in JavaScript and exposes no numeric values to a plain fetch. The dollar figures below were cross-checked against an independent capture dated July 7, 2026, whose capacity table matches the live page exactly. Confirm the figure in your own currency before you buy.

Plan Monthly Annual (per month) Workspaces Profiles Daily sends Smart Queues
Core $35 $30 1 6 100 10
Plus $99 $84 3 18 200 30
Premium $199 $169 7 42 300 70
Elite $299 $254 15 90 500 Unlimited
Enterprise $750 $638 50 300 500 Unlimited

Every tier includes unlimited users, which materially changes the value calculation for larger teams. Annual billing saves about 15%. White Label is a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise only. There is no lifetime or one-time option.

What the Mid-2026 Rename Changed

Sendible retired its old tier names and its per-seat packaging in mid-2026. Almost every Sendible review published before July 2026 describes a structure that no longer exists, which is worth knowing before you compare quotes.

Retired plan Old allowance Current plan Current allowance
Creator, $29/mo 1 user, 6 profiles Core, $35/mo Unlimited users, 6 profiles
Traction, $89/mo 4 users, 24 profiles Plus, $99/mo Unlimited users, 18 profiles
Scale, $199/mo 7 users, 49 profiles Premium, $199/mo Unlimited users, 42 profiles
Advanced, $299/mo 20 users, 100 profiles Elite, $299/mo Unlimited users, 90 profiles
Enterprise, $750/mo 80 users, 400 profiles Enterprise, $750/mo Unlimited users, 300 profiles

The trade is real and it cuts both ways. Seats became unlimited, which is a genuine win for teams. Profile allowances fell at every tier above Core, which is a genuine loss for agencies.

Work the arithmetic and the effect is concrete. An agency running 49 client profiles fitted inside the old Scale plan at $199. The same agency now needs Elite at $299 to carry them, because Premium caps at 42.

What the Core Tier Does Not Include

Core is Sendible’s entry plan at $35 a month. It provides one workspace, six social profiles, 10 Smart Queues, and a cap of 100 sends per day. Collaboration and approval are not part of it.

Core leaves out five things that matter to anyone with a client.

  • Approval workflows and team collaboration. Assignment, approval, client dashboards, and user management all start on Plus at $99 a month.
  • More than one workspace. One workspace means one client or brand environment, with no isolation between them.
  • Campaigns, the content and hashtag library, and the custom report builder. All three start on Premium at $199 a month.
  • Saved PDF reports, automated emailed reports, live report sharing, and custom tags. These start on Elite at $299 a month.
  • Smart Queue depth. Core allows 10 queues. Plus allows 30, Premium allows 70, and Elite and Enterprise are unlimited.

One Capterra reviewer hit that queue ceiling and read it as a cap on scheduling itself.

“could not figure out how to preschedule more then 10 posts in advance”Jeb B., Capterra

The confusion is understandable, and the distinction is worth stating plainly. Sendible’s scheduling really is unlimited. What Core caps at 10 is the number of evergreen Smart Queues, not the number of scheduled posts.

Agency Pricing: Plus, Premium, and the Cost of Scale

Plus at $99 a month is the first agency-capable tier. It adds approval workflows, three workspaces, 18 social profiles, and client dashboards.

Premium at $199 a month adds campaigns, the content and hashtag library, and the custom report builder. It also brings customer success onboarding and seven workspaces across 42 profiles.

Elite at $299 a month is where white-label branding becomes available. It carries 15 workspaces, 90 profiles, unlimited Smart Queues, permission groups, custom tags, and live report sharing.

Enterprise starts at $750 a month with 50 workspaces, 300 profiles, optional SSO, and dedicated customer success.

White Label is not bundled into any tier. It is a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise, quoted from about $268 a month billed annually. Sendible also notes a possible onboarding fee on activation.

The real cliff is Core to Plus: $35 to $99, a 2.8x jump for the tier where approval workflows and multi-client workspaces first appear. Solo operators growing into agency work have no intermediate step.

Against the category, Sendible undercuts Sprout Social and Hootsuite at equivalent agency capability. Hootsuite prices per user, so Sendible’s unlimited-seat tiers pull ahead sharply for any team above two people. SocialPilot remains cheaper at a comparable tier.

How Reliable Is Sendible’s Scheduling?

The Content Calendar, Smart Queues, and Bulk Import

Sendible’s scheduling core is solid. The Smart Compose Box writes a post once, then customizes copy, hashtags, media, and video thumbnails per platform. Profile Lists publish to up to 50 profiles in a single action.

The calendar offers monthly, weekly, and daily views, with drag-and-drop rescheduling and filters by user, status, network, and campaign. You can export or print it as a PDF. A redesigned Unified Calendar entered beta in March 2026.

Smart Queues recycle evergreen posts on a rotation up to two years ahead. The bulk importer accepts a CSV and lands the batch as scheduled posts, drafts, or queue entries. Import for approval routes an entire batch to a reviewer in one step.

Optimal Times recommends posting windows per profile from historical engagement data. Post previews render the platform-specific version of a post before it goes out.

The rest of the scheduling stack covers the routine agency cases.

  • Recurring posts on daily, weekly, or custom intervals, with start and end dates
  • First-comment scheduling on supported networks
  • Per-platform caption, hashtag, and media overrides in the Compose Box
  • RSS auto-poster that pulls new blog articles into the queue as they publish
  • Smart media validation that checks image sizes, video formats, and file requirements before a post is scheduled

The LinkedIn Reauthorization and Video Failure Problem

LinkedIn reliability is Sendible’s most-cited scheduling problem. Three independent reviewers describe the same failure.

“Posts don’t always publish as scheduled…reauthorized unexpectedly.”Ashley H., G2

“the connection to the social media accounts goes down so the post fails”Victoria B., G2

“videos that were scheduled ahead of time often failed to post”Juanita I., Capterra

The pattern is consistent enough to plan around. Once a connection drops, Sendible requires manual reauthorization before future posts publish. If LinkedIn is your primary client channel, build a publish-confirmation check into your workflow.

Video has a separate failure mode, and it is not confined to LinkedIn. Instagram and other networks appear in the same reports.

These failures are not universal. Most G2 and Capterra reviewers rate Sendible’s scheduling positively, and the 4.5 aggregate reflects that. The complaints are specific, repeated, and material for anyone running client campaigns.

Instagram Scheduling: Where Sendible Lags

Instagram basics are covered: feed posts, carousels, Reels, and Stories. Depth is where Sendible trails the specialists.

The publishing model is the detail most reviews miss. Reels and carousels auto-publish, but Stories using interactive stickers or sounds route through a mobile push reminder instead. That is a real difference for an agency promising hands-off scheduling.

“the Instagram integration is behind the competition”Bryan T., G2

The named gaps are image layout options, Stories sticker and link features, and image format consistency. A September 2025 thread in r/SocialMediaMarketing reported the same pattern:

“Too many post fails lately, especially on Instagram. Would love to hear what others are switching to.”r/SocialMediaMarketing, September 2025

Sendible is adequate for standard Instagram scheduling. For agencies where Instagram is the primary channel and format precision matters, Later and Buffer go deeper at this price.

Which Social Networks Does Sendible Support?

Supported Networks

Sendible publishes to nine social networks, plus WordPress for blog posts. The table reflects sendible.com/features and Sendible’s supported-networks documentation, verified August 3, 2026.

Network Post types Publishing Notes
Facebook Feed, link, image, video, Stories Auto-publish Pages and Groups; profile tagging
Instagram Feed posts, carousels, Reels, Stories Auto-publish; Stories with stickers or sounds use a mobile reminder Business profiles; geotags supported
LinkedIn Feed posts, documents, PDFs Auto-publish Profiles and Company Pages; reauthorization failures documented
X (Twitter) Feed posts Auto-publish Publishing only; no analytics, no inbox
TikTok Video posts Auto-publish Business and Personal accounts
YouTube Videos Auto-publish Standard support
Google Business Profile Posts Auto-publish Multi-location management
Threads Feed posts Auto-publish Included in Client Connect onboarding
Bluesky Feed posts Auto-publish Included in Client Connect onboarding

WordPress publishing covers both WordPress.com and self-hosted installs, but it is a blogging integration rather than a social network. Pinterest is absent from the list entirely.

Twitter/X: Publishing Only, No Analytics or Inbox

Sendible dropped Twitter/X analytics and inbox access after X raised its API prices. Publishing survived. Measurement did not.

The absence is visible in the product itself, not just in the announcement. Sendible’s per-network reporting modules cover Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics, with no X module. Priority Inbox and Social Feeds cover Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with no X.

I can schedule posts to X through Sendible, but I cannot see how they perform or answer replies inside the platform. Any team treating X as more than a broadcast channel needs a second tool alongside it.

For agencies where Twitter/X engagement is a client deliverable, this is a disqualifying gap rather than an inconvenience.

Third-Party Integrations and the Automation Ceiling

Sendible’s integration list covers the tools most social teams already run:

  • Design: Canva (the full library needs a Canva Pro subscription), VistaCreate
  • Stock media: GIPHY, Pexels, Flickr
  • Cloud storage: Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, with UTM tags built in the Compose Box
  • Link shortening: Bitly, using your own paid Bitly account
  • Automation: Zapier (5,000-plus apps), a Chrome extension, and an embeddable Share Button
  • CMS: WordPress, publishing posts directly
  • RSS: auto-poster from any feed

The ceiling is Zapier. Sendible’s About page references a “flexible API,” but nothing public sits behind that claim. There is no developer site, no API reference, no /developers path, and no API line in the pricing matrix.

For teams that need webhooks, event-triggered workflows, or agent access, that ceiling is hard. No native MCP server exists.

Content Creation and AI Assist: What Can Sendible Generate?

The Composer, Content Library, and Bulk Tools

Sendible’s content stack is strong for its price band. The Smart Compose Box takes a base post and adjusts caption, media, and hashtags per network before publishing. Content Library stores reusable assets and saved hashtag groups for recurring campaigns.

A single post can carry up to 40 media attachments, raised from 15 in March 2026, and it can mix images and video. The built-in image editor handles cropping, resizing, filters, stickers, and per-network presets. A video editor arrived in January 2026 with trim, crop, filter, and speed controls.

Custom Tags define brand-specific fields such as URLs, phone numbers, and hashtags that populate automatically per post. That is genuinely useful for franchise and multi-location brands publishing one campaign across many locations.

The rest of the content stack:

  • RSS auto-poster that pulls a blog or news feed into the queue
  • Content Suggestions for browsing fresh material on a topic
  • A social media holiday calendar with 240 to 365 events to schedule in one click
  • Attach-image-from-URL for pulling media straight into a post
  • First-comment scheduling on compatible networks

AI Assist: What It Does and What It Cannot Do

AI Assist is Sendible’s built-in content tool. It generates social captions through a Sendible-managed OpenAI connection, sold as “unlimited AI credits” on every plan.

AI Assist does three things well.

  • Generates caption drafts from a topic or prompt
  • Rewrites, polishes, and spell-checks existing copy
  • Repurposes one caption for a different tone or network

Everything below is absent from AI Assist.

  • Hashtag generation or hashtag intelligence
  • AI image generation
  • AI alt text for images
  • Analytics question-and-answer or performance insight
  • Comment response suggestions
  • Bring-your-own-key support for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter

AI Assist drafts a caption quickly, and for that job it works. It generates no hashtags, produces no images, and gives you no way to route AI through a cheaper model or your own key. For anyone whose content workflow leans on AI, that is a meaningful constraint rather than a rough edge.

Sendible Analytics and Reporting: Depth, Limits, and Tier Gating

The Report Hub and What It Covers

Report Hub is Sendible’s most consistently praised feature, and it earns the praise. Its coverage runs deep for a mid-market tool.

  • Eight pre-built quick reports on every plan, including a Google Analytics report and an engagement report
  • A drag-and-drop custom report builder with a branded cover page, from Premium upward
  • 200-plus report modules spanning engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, demographics, and post performance
  • Per-network modules for Facebook, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn comparative reporting, and TikTok
  • Campaign labelling that groups posts and reports on a campaign as a unit, from Premium upward
  • Automated email delivery and live shareable report links, from Elite upward
  • Google Analytics integration tying social traffic to UTM-tagged web performance

The agency case shows up in Sendible’s own customer evidence. The marketing firm 1972Media credits the reporting system directly.

“secure 5 clients because of the reporting system”1972Media, Sendible customer story

The tier gating is the part to watch. Quick reports come with every plan. The custom builder starts at Premium, and saved PDFs, automated emails, and live links start at Elite.

What Sendible Analytics Cannot Do

Sendible’s analytics have documented ceilings. Three of them are outright absences rather than limits.

  • No Twitter/X analytics. X reporting disappeared when Sendible dropped inbox and analytics support for that network.
  • No social listening. Brand mention monitoring, keyword tracking, and sentiment alerts do not exist. The /features/social-listening URL confirms the absence by redirecting to the homepage.
  • No competitor benchmarking. You cannot track another brand’s performance from inside the platform.
  • Sentiment lag. Social inbox sentiment data trails real time by roughly two hours.
  • Branded reporting gated high. Full white-label reports need Elite at $299 a month plus the White Label add-on.

One Capterra reviewer solved the gap the obvious way.

“I use an ancillary reporting software”Mysty S., Capterra

That is the honest recommendation for teams with analytics needs beyond social performance. Budget for a supplementary tool, or confirm Sendible’s reporting depth covers your client commitments before you sign.

Agency Features: Client Connect, Approvals, and White-Label Reports

Client Connect and Workspace Isolation

Client Connect is Sendible’s credential-free client onboarding system, and it is the feature agencies cite most. Rather than collecting client passwords or admin access, you send a secure link. Clients authorize their own profiles, and those accounts appear in your workspace without you ever holding a credential.

It covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky, and it sends automated reconnection emails when an authorization lapses. It also works inside white-label accounts, so the flow carries your branding rather than Sendible’s.

Workspaces provide per-client isolation. Each workspace holds its own profiles, content calendar, team members, and reports, and clients never see another client’s content.

The Topodium Group captures the before-and-after well in Sendible’s own customer story.

“gone are the days of manically switching between accounts, logging into several places in various tabs, and remembering passwords”The Topodium Group, Sendible customer story

Approval Workflows and Team Roles

Approval workflows start at Plus and run through every tier above it. The flow covers the standard agency process. A team member submits a post, an approver accepts or rejects it, and the post either queues or returns for revision.

Individual and bulk approval are both supported. Custom approval rules can force review on every post a named user schedules, which is how agencies handle interns and junior staff.

Role-based access gives granular control through permission groups covering owners, admins, editors, viewers, and client-only views. You can restrict a contractor to a single client’s accounts.

“I love that the approval process is so easy!”Emma L., G2

That sentiment is representative rather than exceptional. Approval ease is one of the most consistently praised aspects of Sendible across both G2 and Capterra. Task and message assignment round it out, routing specific posts or conversations to named team members.

White-Label Reports: A Real Strength With a Cost Gate

Sendible’s white-label capability reaches further than reports. It covers a custom agency domain, agency branding on the client login page, customized system email notifications, a branded trial page, SSO, and reseller access.

For agencies presenting a proprietary platform to clients, that is a genuine differentiator rather than a cosmetic one.

The cost gate is steep, and it is worth stating precisely. White Label requires Elite at $299 a month or Enterprise at $750, plus the add-on itself from about $268 a month billed annually. A possible onboarding fee sits on top of that.

Below Elite, reports remain functional but unbranded. Your client sees Sendible’s name on the PDF, not yours. An independent February 2026 review listed exactly this as a con, noting that customizable report sharing is limited to the White Label plan.

Is Sendible Easy to Use?

Ease of use is Sendible’s highest-scoring category at 4.0 out of 5, and the evidence behind that score is unusually consistent.

“outperforms Meta Business Suite and Buffer…everything is easy to find and easy to schedule”Grace M., G2

“unbelievably intuitive and easy to use”Software Advice review database

Maggie B. on G2 manages 13 profiles as a solo operator and credits the tool with saving hours of work each week. That profile-to-person ratio is the clearest signal of how little friction the daily workflow carries.

The design choices behind the reputation are visible in the documentation. The Compose Box surfaces character counts, per-network image specs, and hashtag fields inline rather than behind submenus. Smart media validation flags a wrong image size or video format at creation time, with a message explaining the fix. Nothing fails silently at publish.

Onboarding is supported rather than self-serve only. Sendible runs a Resource Center with video tutorials, weekly power sessions, webinars, and expert office hours. Its getting-started paths split by buyer, covering solopreneurs, small teams, and agencies separately.

Three things do introduce friction.

  • The mobile app. One Capterra reviewer reports it “crashes everytime,” and others corroborate. It is fine for a quick check and unreliable for approving or managing content from a phone.
  • Calendar filtering. Seeing a combined view across every account has required multiple filter steps. The Unified Calendar beta that started in March 2026 targets exactly this.
  • Smart Queue naming. The gap between unlimited scheduled posts and capped queue slots confuses new users at the Core tier. That is a documentation problem more than a product one.

Is Sendible Worth It? Support, Ratings, and Company Track Record

Sendible has operated since 2009, which is 17 years in a category that churns hard. It reports more than 30,000 customers and holds a G2 Leader badge. No major public controversy or extended outage surfaced in this evaluation.

The 2021 ASG acquisition has not visibly slowed development. The changelog shows continued shipping across 2026.

  • AI Assist, the built-in caption generator
  • A video editor, January 2026
  • Mixed media raised from 15 to 40 attachments per post, March 2026
  • The Unified Calendar beta, March 2026
  • Expanded Zapier coverage

Support runs on live chat from 9am to 10pm GMT plus email. Documented response targets are roughly six hours on Core and five hours on Plus and above. Customer success onboarding and a dedicated success manager start at Premium.

“the support is amazing…personalised video that shows me in my own account”Cate S., Capterra

That describes the majority experience, and the aggregate ratings back it. The minority experience is severe rather than merely mixed.

“Post sales support was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced”Robert P., Capterra

The same reviewer describes billing before the renewal date and a zero-tolerance refund policy. This is a low-frequency, high-severity pattern that shows up in both Capterra and community threads. Confirm the current refund terms before subscribing if early cancellation is a realistic scenario for you.

The overall verdict.

Sendible is worth it for agencies running several client accounts. Client Connect, approval workflows, and Report Hub reporting are the daily tools that justify it. Four groups should look elsewhere.

  • Solo operators on a budget, because the Core-to-Plus jump is 2.8x
  • Teams where LinkedIn is a primary client channel, because the reliability risk is real
  • Agencies at 45-plus client profiles, because the repackage pushed that load up a tier
  • Buyers who need bring-your-own-key AI, a developer API, or social listening

At Plus, $99 a month with unlimited seats competes hard against per-user pricing from Hootsuite and Sprout Social. At Elite with White Label, Sendible is a credible full-agency platform. The subscription is recurring, so weigh the multi-year cost as part of the decision rather than the first invoice alone.

FAQs

Is Sendible worth it?

Sendible is worth it for agencies managing 3 to 100-plus client accounts who prioritize Client Connect, approval workflows, and branded reporting. At Plus ($99/mo) or Premium ($199/mo), the agency feature set justifies the price for teams that depend on those tools. Solo operators on tight budgets, teams dependent on LinkedIn, and buyers who need bring-your-own-key AI or a REST API will find better fits elsewhere.

How much does Sendible cost in 2026?

Sendible’s monthly plans are Core ($35), Plus ($99), Premium ($199), Elite ($299), and Enterprise ($750). Annual billing saves about 15%, and every tier includes unlimited users. Sendible renamed its tiers in mid-2026, so sources published before July 2026 still list Creator, Traction, and Scale at the old prices. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card, and there is no free plan.

Is Sendible good for agencies?

Yes, for most agency use cases. Client Connect, per-client workspaces, approval workflows, Report Hub, and white-label reporting are all well-built agency features. The practical caveats are the tier gates. Approval workflows require Plus at $99 a month, and white-label branding requires Elite at $299 plus a paid add-on. Agencies managing three or more client accounts generally find the stack justifies the price.

Does Sendible support Twitter/X?

Partially. Sendible publishes to Twitter/X but removed analytics and inbox support after X raised its API prices. You can schedule and publish posts to X. You cannot track performance, manage replies, or monitor mentions from inside Sendible. There is no X reporting module and no X presence in Priority Inbox. Any team where X engagement or analytics is a deliverable needs a separate tool.

What are the main downsides of Sendible?

The main documented weaknesses are:

  • LinkedIn reauthorization failures that cause posts to fail silently
  • Video publishing failures on Instagram and other networks
  • Twitter/X limited to publishing, with no analytics and no inbox
  • No social listening, brand mention monitoring, or competitor benchmarking
  • AI Assist restricted to captions, with no bring-your-own-key option
  • No public REST API or webhooks, leaving Zapier as the only automation path
  • A 2.8x jump from Core ($35/mo) to Plus ($99/mo), where approval workflows begin
  • Fewer social profiles per tier than the retired plans carried
  • A glitchy mobile app

Is Sendible better than Hootsuite?

For mid-market agencies, yes. Sendible is cheaper, easier to use, and stronger on client management through Client Connect, workspaces, and white-label reporting. Its unlimited-seat pricing beats Hootsuite’s per-user model for any team above two people. Hootsuite wins on enterprise analytics, social listening, and network breadth, all of which Sendible lacks. Choose on which of those two lists matches your work.

Does Sendible have a free plan?

No. Sendible offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and there is no permanent free tier. Paid plans start at $35 a month for Core on monthly billing, or about $30 a month billed annually. Sendible also offers no lifetime or one-time payment option, so the cost recurs for as long as you use it.

Can Sendible publish Instagram Stories and Reels?

Yes, with one caveat worth checking. Reels and carousels auto-publish directly. Stories that use interactive stickers or sounds route through a mobile push reminder, so someone has to finish the post on a phone. Reviewers also place Instagram feature depth behind Later and Buffer, particularly on layout options and Stories interactivity. Confirm the formats you need at sendible.com/features before committing to client campaigns.

Does Sendible have AI?

Yes, but it is limited to captions. AI Assist generates and rewrites social captions through a built-in OpenAI connection, marketed as unlimited AI credits. It does not generate hashtags, images, or alt text, and it offers no analytics question-and-answer, no comment reply suggestions, and no bring-your-own-key support. For teams whose content workflow leans on AI, the fixed-provider, caption-only model is a real constraint.

Is there a Sendible lifetime deal?

No. Sendible is subscription-only, billed monthly or annually, with annual saving about 15%. No one-time or lifetime payment option has been offered, and none is available now. The closest thing to a discount is the annual commitment, which brings Core to roughly $30 a month and Plus to roughly $84 a month.

Looking for a Sendible Alternative?

Sendible is the right tool for a lot of agencies. If you hit one of the specific walls documented above, these are the alternatives worth evaluating.

The best social media management tools roundup compares the full category against the same seven scoring criteria used here.

For a narrower shortlist, Sendible alternatives covers the tools buyers most often evaluate alongside it.

PostMonk is one of those alternatives, built around three things Sendible does not offer. The first is lifetime pricing at $29, $59, or $99 as a one-time payment. The second is multi-provider bring-your-own-key AI on every plan. The third is a native MCP server for AI agent access.

Where Sendible is genuinely ahead: its Report Hub is deeper than PostMonk’s reporting, and its 200-plus modules and drag-and-drop builder have no direct equivalent. If client-facing report depth is your first requirement, Sendible is the stronger tool.

If the recurring subscription, the caption-only AI, or the Zapier automation ceiling were your dealbreakers, the comparison is worth reading in full: PostMonk vs Sendible.
