Publer Review 2026: Reliable Scheduling, Business-Gated Analytics, and the Per-Account Pricing Math

Publer scores 3.9/5 in our 2026 review. Reliable scheduling across 13 networks and a permanent free plan, offset by Business-only analytics and per-account pricing.

by Subhana Bintay Azam | 5 August 2026

Publer scores 3.9 out of 5 in our independent scorecard. Choose it if you publish across many networks and run fewer than 10 social accounts. Look elsewhere if you need client-branded analytics or run an agency at 15-plus accounts.

Professional starts at $5 per month for one social account, and each extra account adds $4. The free plan is permanent and covers 3 accounts. Analytics and unlimited AI prompts sit on Business, from $10 per month.

We scored Publer across seven weighted dimensions using its live plans page, its published help centre, and 2,467 verified reviews. Below: what the product does well, exactly where it stops, and the real cost math at agency volume.

Verdict Scorecard

Disclosure: PostMonk publishes this review and competes with Publer in the social media scheduling category. We scored Publer independently from live pricing, published documentation, and verified third-party reviews. The rubric is the one we apply to every tool, published at how we review social media management tools.

Overall 3.9 / 5

Verdict: Publer is the most dependable low-cost scheduler for 1 to 10 social accounts, and the wrong tool for an analytics-led agency.

How we score: every scheduling tool is rated 1.0 to 5.0 on those seven weighted dimensions. Evidence comes from the live product, current pricing, and verified user reviews. The overall score is the weighted average.

What Is Publer?

Publer is a social media scheduling and management platform built by Kalemi Code, a software company based in Tirana, Albania. It publishes to 13 networks and states 13-plus years in the market, 500,000-plus users, and 1.5 million posts currently scheduled.

Third-party ratings are consistent: G2 4.7/5 across 521 reviews, Capterra 4.8/5 across 956, and Trustpilot 4.8/5 across 990. That is 2,467 verified reviews at 4.7 or better.

One caveat belongs next to those numbers, and almost no other review states it. Publer runs a published bonus scheme that awards up to 17 percent off for leaving reviews on third-party sites. The ratings are still strong and still consistent across three platforms. They are not an unincentivised sample, and a careful buyer should read them that way.

The legitimacy question resolves cleanly. Founder Ervin ran a public AMA on r/SocialMediaMarketing in January 2025 disclosing that Publer had crossed $2M ARR after bootstrapping. Publer also publishes a trust centre citing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment, Google CASA, and third-party penetration testing.

One disambiguation before the evaluation starts. Publer also runs a large library of free standalone utilities at publer.com/tools, including photo and video downloaders. Searches like “Is Publer safe?” frequently mean that downloader, not the scheduler. This review covers the scheduling product only.

Who Publer Is Best For

Publer fits six profiles particularly well, each for a specific documented reason.

  • Solopreneurs running 1 to 5 social accounts. Professional at $5 per month for the first account, plus $4 per extra, is among the cheapest real schedulers in the category.
  • Freelancers scheduling for several clients. Separate workspaces keep each client’s content isolated, and switching between them is one click.
  • Small agencies under 10 accounts. Bulk CSV import of up to 500 posts, AutoSchedule queues, and post recycling absorb high publishing volume. Two-tier approvals and a client preview portal cover sign-off.
  • Bloggers and WordPress publishers. The direct WordPress integration auto-posts to self-hosted and hosted installations, and unlimited RSS automations feed the queue.
  • Teams publishing to niche networks. Mastodon, Bluesky, Threads, and Telegram are supported natively, where most schedulers stop at the mainstream six or eight.
  • Registered charities and nonprofits. Publer publishes a 50 percent discount for nonprofits, which stacks with the 20 percent annual discount.

Who Publer Is NOT For

Five conditions make Publer the wrong choice, and each traces to a documented limit.

  • Agencies running 15 or more accounts. Per-account billing compounds. One G2 reviewer manages 16 restaurant locations at 3 accounts each, which is 48 accounts, and puts it plainly: “the price does get quite high when managing a large volume of accounts” (Carlee L., G2).
  • Teams delivering client-branded reports. Analytics require Business, and the PDF and CSV exports carry Publer’s own branding. There is no white-label option and no scheduled report delivery.
  • Anyone who needs a unified social inbox. Publer does not manage comments, mentions, or DMs. Community engagement needs a second tool.
  • Anyone who needs social listening. Brand monitoring and keyword tracking are absent. Competitor analysis covers rival pages, not the open web.
  • Teams standardised on a non-OpenAI model. Publer’s AI Assist connects to OpenAI only. Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, and DeepSeek keys are not supported on any plan.

Publer Features

Publer’s feature set splits across six areas: scheduling and publishing, channel breadth, content creation and AI, analytics, workspace collaboration, and integrations.

Scheduling and Publishing

Publer’s scheduling engine is its strongest dimension and earns the 4.5 in our scorecard. It runs four scheduling modes, imports up to 500 posts per CSV batch, recycles evergreen content, and truly auto-publishes across its supported networks.

The four modes all live in the same composer, which is unusual at this price. Most schedulers ship two or three of them. Publer surfaces every mode from one screen:

  • Manual scheduling. Pick an exact date and time.
  • AutoSchedule. Drop a post into the next open slot in a queue you configure once.
  • Recurring posts. Repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom interval.
  • Post recycling. Loop evergreen content, with spintax variations so the copy rotates.

Bulk CSV import is the feature agencies feel most. A 500-post batch is an entire month of coordinated content loaded in one pass and dropped straight onto the calendar. Publer also offers a multi-media bulk uploader and a multi-post scheduler for the same job.

Follow-up comment scheduling is the quiet differentiator. You set a delay, write the first comment, and Publer posts it automatically once the parent post is live. Competing tools tier-gate that feature high or skip it. Auto-share and auto-delete rules sit alongside it on paid plans.

Reliability is the most repeated praise signal across all three review platforms. It also holds up against the documentation. Publer auto-publishes natively on its core networks rather than sending reminder notifications. “Posts publish on time, every time, and the platform’s architecture feels rock-solid” (Capterra reviewer).

Two honest limits. Instagram Stories and Facebook Groups fall back to push-notification reminders, because those platform APIs do not allow programmatic publishing. Facebook video scheduling from the mobile apps is also restricted by a photos-only permission, so schedule Facebook video from the desktop app.

Supported Channels and Platform Breadth

Publer publishes to 13 social networks, several of which most schedulers still skip. This breadth, set against a Business-gated API and no official MCP server, is what holds the dimension at 4.0.

The confirmed network list, with the depth that matters on each:

  • Facebook: Profiles, Pages, Locations, and Groups (Groups via reminder)
  • Instagram: feed posts, Reels, and carousels auto-published; Stories via reminder
  • X/Twitter: including native thread scheduling; paid plans only
  • LinkedIn: personal profiles and company pages
  • Pinterest: personal and business; the free plan needs 100 followers or a claimed site
  • TikTok: personal and business, video and multi-photo posts
  • YouTube: channels, videos, and Shorts
  • Google Business Profile: updates, photos, events, and offers
  • WordPress: self-hosted and hosted, for blog auto-posting
  • Mastodon: any server
  • Bluesky: posts and threads
  • Threads: posts and threads
  • Telegram: groups and channels

Mastodon, Bluesky, Threads, and Telegram together are the genuine differentiator here. If your audience has moved to federated or newer networks, Publer removes the need to manage those accounts by hand.

Per-platform post curation is where the breadth becomes usable. You write the core post once, then rewrite the caption, swap hashtags, and re-crop media per network before it ships. Character limits, hashtag norms, and image ratios differ on every platform, so a single shared caption is rarely the right answer.

Two things keep this dimension off a higher score. Publer’s REST API is Business-only, at 100 requests per two-minute window. Publer also ships no official MCP server, so an AI agent cannot operate the tool as a first-party feature. Two community-built connectors exist on top of the Business API, and neither is supported by Publer.

Content Creation and AI Tools

Publer’s composer and media tooling are strong, and its AI is genuinely capable rather than a token allowance. The single-provider lock is what holds this dimension to 3.5.

AI Assist runs on GPT-5.5 for text and GPT Image 2 for images, opening as a persistent chat panel beside the composer. It writes and rewrites captions, generates images, drafts WordPress articles, suggests hashtags, produces alt text, and drafts comment replies in 80-plus languages. Brand Voice stores a tone profile per client so the output changes when you switch workspaces.

The plan mechanics are widely misreported, so here they are precisely. Business includes unlimited AI prompts at no extra cost. On Free and Professional, you connect your own OpenAI API key and OpenAI bills you directly, with no Publer cap. AI is therefore available on every plan, including Free.

The real constraint is provider choice. Publer supports OpenAI and nothing else. If your team already runs on Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, or DeepSeek, you cannot bring those keys, and you cannot route model choice by task. Default AI output is also capped near 1,300 characters outside WordPress.

The rest of the creation toolkit is broad:

  • Per-platform post curation for captions, hashtags, and media
  • Thread composer for X, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon
  • Canva and VistaCreate, both reachable from inside the composer
  • Media library with a built-in photo editor, labels, and notes
  • Media import from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Unsplash, and Giphy
  • Watermarks, signatures, and reusable shortcodes for brand consistency
  • Hashtag suggestions, plus a 99 percent-accurate post preview per network
  • Explore tab for trending posts and industry news
  • Browser extension for scheduling any page you are reading

Analytics and Reporting

Analytics is Publer’s weakest dimension at 3.0, and the reason is placement rather than absence. The analytics module is competent. It is locked entirely behind the Business plan, and its outputs are not client-ready.

What Business actually delivers is more than most reviews credit. The dashboard unifies every connected account and reports reach, likes, comments, clicks, reach rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, follower growth, and audience demographics. Post Insights ranks top performers across platforms. Hashtag Analysis measures reach and engagement per tag.

Competitor Analysis tracks rival follower growth, top content, posting times, and post-type mix on Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Best Times to Post derives a schedule from your own audience and history. Exports run to PDF and CSV, with custom date ranges including year over year.

Three gaps hold the score down. Free and Professional users get no analytics at all, a hard wall at the tier most solo users sit on. Reports carry Publer’s branding, so an agency cannot hand them to a client as its own work. There is no scheduled report delivery, and no social listening anywhere in the platform.

For a solo operator checking engagement trends, that package is more than sufficient. For an agency whose deliverable is a branded monthly report, it is the wrong tool, and no configuration fixes it.

Workspaces, Approvals, and Client Collaboration

Publer’s collaboration layer is stronger than its price suggests, and it is the part most reviews of this product ignore. Unlimited workspaces are included on both paid plans, each one holding a separate brand or client.

Roles cover Admin, Editor, and Client on top of the plan owner. A two-tier approval system routes a post through internal review and then external client sign-off, with real-time notifications and notes attached to the post. Internal comments and @mentions live on the post itself rather than in a separate thread.

The client preview portal is the piece agencies ask about. A client sees only their own workspace and previews every scheduled post exactly as it will appear. They approve or request edits without ever touching another client’s queue. Workspace analytics and per-member performance tracking sit alongside it.

The honest limit is the one named above. The reports this layer produces are PDF and CSV files with Publer’s branding, not white-labelled artefacts on your own domain.

Integrations and Developer Access

Publer lists 36-plus integrations spanning design, cloud storage, link management, and automation. That is enough to sit inside most existing content workflows without a middleware layer.

The categories that matter:

  • Design: Canva, VistaCreate, PostNitro, and Contentdrips
  • Cloud storage and media: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Unsplash, Giphy, and Senja
  • Automation: Zapier, plus unlimited RSS feed automations on paid plans
  • Link management: 8 shorteners including Bitly, Rebrandly, Dub, and Switchy, with Google Analytics UTM tracking
  • Publishing: direct WordPress integration for self-hosted and hosted blogs
  • Apps: native iOS and Android apps and a Chrome extension

RSS automation deserves the highlight for content curators. Unlimited feeds on Professional means Publer watches your sources and surfaces new items for scheduling, which removes the daily copy-and-paste loop entirely.

Developer access is narrower. The REST API is Business-only, uses bearer-key authentication with a workspace header, and runs an asynchronous job model. There are no published SDKs and no official MCP server.

Getting Started with Publer

Signup to first scheduled post takes under five minutes, and that speed is the main reason ease of use scores 4.0. Capterra reviewers rate ease of use at 4.8/5 across 956 reviews, the highest single attribute score on the product.

Signup accepts email or Google OAuth, and the free plan needs no card. Publer creates a default workspace immediately. If you manage several clients, you add more workspaces from settings, each with its own set of connected accounts.

Connecting the first account means picking the network from the Accounts tab and completing that platform’s OAuth flow. Instagram is the one exception worth planning for. It needs an Instagram Business account linked through Meta Business, which adds an authorisation step LinkedIn and Pinterest do not have. That is a Meta requirement, not a Publer one.

The composer then drives everything. Select the networks, write the caption, and attach media from the library or a Canva design. Then pick an exact time or drop the post into AutoSchedule. Selecting more than one network reveals the per-platform curation tabs, where you adjust copy and media per destination.

The visual calendar is where the workflow settles. A full week of scheduled content is visible at a glance, and drag-and-drop repositioning changes post timing without reopening the composer. For a dense calendar, that view removes the guesswork about spacing and frequency.

Two friction points are worth knowing before you start. The first-load dashboard stacks to-do prompts and feature tips, which makes the product feel busier than it is until a few accounts are connected. The mobile apps also cover core scheduling well but block Facebook video scheduling behind a photos-only permission.

Publer Pricing

Publer runs four tiers: Free, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Pricing scales per connected social account and per additional member, which is the single most important thing to understand before committing.

Tier Base monthly Per extra account Per extra member Includes
Free $0 n/a n/a 3 accounts excluding X/Twitter, 10 pending scheduled posts per account, 25 drafts, 24 hours of post history, 1 workspace
Professional $5 $4 $2 Unlimited scheduled posts and drafts, AutoSchedule, recycling, recurring posts, unlimited workspaces and RSS, eternal post history, X/Twitter, 7-day trial
Business $10 $7 $3 Everything in Professional, plus analytics and reports, competitor and hashtag analysis, best times to post, unlimited AI prompts, spintax, REST API, 14-day trial
Enterprise Custom Custom Custom Everything in Business, plus volume discounts, 1:1 onboarding, priority support, unlimited daily posting, wire transfer billing

Four published discounts cut those list prices, and stacking them changes the answer materially. Every 10th social account or member is free. Annual billing takes 20 percent off. Registered charities and nonprofits get 50 percent off. The review bonus scheme adds up to a further 17 percent. All figures were checked against Publer’s plans page and its plans and pricing help centre on 2026-08-03.

The starting prices are genuinely competitive. Scaling is where the value story turns. Here is the real math for a small agency on Business, running 12 client accounts and 2 team members.

  • Base Business subscription, first account included: $10 per month
  • Accounts 2 to 12, with the 10th account free: 10 paid accounts at $7, so $70 per month
  • One additional team member at $3: $3 per month
  • Total: $83 per month billed monthly, or roughly $66 per month on annual billing

That is an 8.3x jump from the $10 single-account entry price, for 12 times the accounts. The curve is linear rather than punitive, but it never flattens, which is the part buyers underestimate. At 48 accounts the same plan reaches $311 per month, and at 100 accounts $633 per month.

The model also creates exit friction. Every account you add raises the cost of leaving, because migration effort scales with the same number that your bill does. “The cost jumps faster than the feature set justifies as you scale up” (Capterra reviewer).

At 1 to 5 accounts the per-account model is a non-issue and the value is strong. Past 10 accounts, run your own number against the table above before you commit, because the annual figure is where the decision actually gets made.

Publer Pros

After scoring Publer’s documented feature set, its live pricing, and 2,467 verified reviews, eight strengths hold up under scrutiny.

  • A publish engine that does not drop posts. Reliability is the most repeated praise signal across G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot, and it matches the documented auto-publish behaviour on core networks.
  • Genuine scheduling depth. Bulk CSV at 500 posts, AutoSchedule queues, recycling with spintax, recurring posts, and follow-up comment scheduling in one composer. Few tools at this price combine all five.
  • 13 networks including the newer ones. Mastodon, Bluesky, Threads, and Telegram are native, where most schedulers stop at the mainstream set.
  • AI on every plan, not just the top tier. Business includes unlimited GPT-5.5 prompts, and Free and Professional users connect their own OpenAI key at no Publer cost.
  • Agency collaboration at a small-tool price. Unlimited workspaces, role-based access, two-tier approvals, and a client preview portal come on both paid plans.
  • Fast, frictionless onboarding. First scheduled post inside five minutes, with email or Google signup and no card for the free plan.
  • A free plan that is actually usable. Three accounts, 10 pending scheduled posts each, 25 drafts, and a slot that frees up the moment a post publishes.
  • Stackable published discounts. The every-10th-free rule, 20 percent annual, and 50 percent nonprofit terms are documented rather than negotiated case by case.

Publer Cons

Publer’s limitations are specific rather than general, and each one changes the answer for a particular kind of buyer.

  • Analytics require Business and are not client-ready. Free and Professional users get no analytics at all. Business exports carry Publer’s branding, with no white-label option and no scheduled delivery. “The analytics are fairly basic, not ideal for deep insights” (Melicia A H., G2).
  • Per-account pricing compounds without flattening. A 12-account Business setup with 2 members runs $83 per month against a $10 entry price. At 48 accounts it is $311.
  • AI is locked to a single provider. OpenAI keys work on every plan, but no other provider does. Teams standardised on Claude, Gemini, or DeepSeek cannot bring those models across.
  • No unified social inbox. Comments, mentions, and DMs are not managed in Publer. Any team that engages as well as publishes needs a second tool and a second login.
  • No social listening. Brand monitoring and keyword tracking are absent. Competitor Analysis watches named rival pages, which is a narrower job.
  • No official agent access. There is no first-party MCP server, and the REST API is Business-only. The two community connectors that exist require developer setup and carry no vendor support.
  • Mobile trails desktop. The apps handle core scheduling, but Facebook video scheduling is blocked by a photos-only permission, and it is the most-reported mobile friction.
  • Ratings are partly incentivised. Publer pays up to 17 percent off for third-party reviews, so the 4.7 to 4.8 aggregate deserves the same discount you would apply to any incentivised sample.

What Publer Users Are Saying

Across G2 (4.7/5, 521 reviews), Capterra (4.8/5, 956), and Trustpilot (4.8/5, 990), sentiment is consistently positive. Two complaints recur on all three platforms: cost at scale, and analytics depth.

Reliability and ease of use dominate the positive signal, and the publish record is what keeps users renewing. “It simply works” (Devrim Vardar, Trustpilot). Capterra’s attribute breakdown puts ease of use at 4.8/5, the product’s strongest single rating.

Pricing at scale is the most consistent complaint on paid tiers. The per-account model reads as excellent value for a solo operator and as a budget conversation past 10 accounts. One G2 reviewer manages 16 restaurant locations at 3 accounts each, which is 48 accounts on one bill. Her verdict: “the price does get quite high when managing a large volume of accounts” (Carlee L., G2).

Analytics is the second recurring theme, and the specific friction users name is the Business gate rather than the metrics themselves. For a solo user checking reach and engagement, the module does the job. For an agency whose product is a branded monthly report, it does not.

Reddit adds independent texture. On r/Pinterestaffiliates one user called the interface “super user-friendly and beginner-friendly” with “excellent value for the price”. On r/marketing another wrote that it is “way less expensive than Hootsuite, and it has amazing features”.

The founder’s visibility matters here too. Ervin’s January 2025 AMA on r/SocialMediaMarketing disclosed $2M ARR after bootstrapping, alongside a public roadmap, a feedback portal, and a status page. That is an unusually accountable posture for a tool at this price.

Is Publer Worth It?

Publer is worth it if you need a dependable scheduler for up to 10 social accounts across a wide range of networks. It is not worth it if client-branded analytics, predictable agency-scale pricing, or model choice in AI are central to your work.

The 3.9/5 reflects a real balance rather than a hedge. Scheduling depth at 4.5 and channel breadth at 4.0 are the genuine strengths, both corroborated across 2,467 reviews. Analytics at 3.0 and pricing at 3.5 are the genuine costs. If you are still shortlisting, our roundup of the best social media management tools sets Publer against the rest of the field.

Choose Publer if:

  • You run 1 to 5 accounts and want reliable publishing across mainstream and niche networks
  • You freelance across fewer than 10 client accounts and need workspaces with client approvals
  • You publish to WordPress and want RSS automation feeding the queue
  • You are a registered nonprofit, where the 50 percent discount changes the math outright

Look elsewhere if:

  • You run 15 or more social accounts, where per-account billing outpaces the feature gain
  • Your deliverable is a client-branded analytics report, which Publer cannot produce
  • Your stack is standardised on a non-OpenAI model, or you need an AI agent to drive the tool
  • You need a social inbox or listening in the same product as scheduling

Start with the 14-day Business trial rather than the free plan. It is the only way to see analytics, unlimited AI prompts, and the full scheduling set before paying. Then price your own account count against the pricing table above, because that number, not the feature list, is what decides this one.

Considering an Alternative?

If Publer’s per-account billing, its Business-gated analytics, or its single-provider AI are dealbreakers, PostMonk is built on the opposite choices in exactly those three places.

PostMonk is a social media scheduling platform with a one-time pricing model and a different technical architecture. Here is how it answers the three gaps Publer users flag most:

  1. Pricing model. PostMonk charges once per workspace: Starter $29, Pro $59, and Agency $99, with no monthly renewal. Adding social accounts within your plan’s limit does not raise the price, where Publer bills per account every month.
  2. AI provider choice. PostMonk supports BYOK across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, and DeepSeek on every paid plan. Publer connects to OpenAI only.
  3. Agent access. PostMonk ships a first-party MCP server on Pro and Agency, so an AI agent can run the workspace directly. Publer has no official equivalent.

The honest trade runs the other way too. Publer is the better product on breadth and proof. It covers 13 networks against 9, ships native mobile apps, holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment, and offers a free plan. It also carries 2,467 independent reviews that PostMonk does not have yet.

Every PostMonk workspace opens with a 7-day free trial at Pro access, no card needed.

FAQs

Is Publer free?

Yes, and the free plan is permanent. It covers 3 social accounts (X/Twitter excluded), 1 workspace, 1 user, 25 saved drafts, and 24 hours of post history. The cap is 10 pending scheduled posts per account, and a slot frees up as soon as a post publishes. AI Assist works on Free if you connect your own OpenAI key.

How much does Publer cost?

Professional starts at $5 per month for one social account, plus $4 per extra account and $2 per extra member. Business starts at $10 per month, plus $7 per extra account and $3 per extra member. Every 10th account or member is free. Annual billing takes 20 percent off, and nonprofits get 50 percent off. Enterprise is quote-only.

Is Publer legitimate?

Yes. Publer is operated by Kalemi Code in Tirana, Albania, with 13-plus years in the market and 500,000-plus users. Founder Ervin disclosed $2M ARR in a public Reddit AMA in January 2025. Publer’s trust centre cites ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment, Google CASA, and third-party penetration testing. Ratings sit at 4.7 to 4.8/5 across 2,467 reviews.

What social networks does Publer support?

Publer publishes to 13 networks: Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Mastodon, Bluesky, Threads, and Telegram. Depth includes Facebook Pages and Groups, Instagram Reels and carousels, LinkedIn profiles and pages, and native thread scheduling on X. Instagram Stories and Facebook Groups publish via reminder rather than automatically.

Does Publer have a free trial?

Yes. Professional carries a 7-day free trial and Business a 14-day free trial, neither requiring a card. Publer also runs a 14-day money-back guarantee on any payment, pro-rated after that window. The permanent free plan is a separate option if you want to evaluate without a deadline.

Is Publer good for agencies?

For small agencies under 10 accounts, yes: unlimited workspaces, two-tier approvals, and a client preview portal come on both paid plans. Past that, cost decides it. Twelve accounts with 2 members on Business runs $83 per month, and 48 accounts runs $311. The harder blocker is reporting, because Publer’s PDF and CSV exports carry Publer branding rather than yours.

Can Publer post directly to Instagram?

Yes, for feed posts, Reels, and carousels, which auto-publish without any manual step. An Instagram Business or Creator account linked through Meta Business is required. Instagram Stories are the exception: Meta’s API does not allow programmatic Story publishing, so Publer sends a push notification and you post from your phone.

Does Publer have AI features?

Yes, on every plan. AI Assist runs GPT-5.5 for text and GPT Image 2 for images. It covers captions, rewrites, hashtags, alt text, blog drafts, and comment replies in 80-plus languages. Business includes unlimited prompts at no extra cost. On Free and Professional you connect your own OpenAI key and OpenAI bills you. No provider other than OpenAI is supported.

Is Publer safe?

Yes. The scheduling platform publishes a trust centre citing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 alignment, Google CASA, regular third-party penetration testing, GDPR and CCPA compliance, and two-factor authentication. One clarification belongs here. Publer also runs a separate free downloader library at publer.com/tools. The “Is Publer safe?” query often means that tool rather than the scheduler.

What are the best alternatives to Publer?

The right alternative depends on which Publer limit you hit. For per-account cost, a flat or one-time pricing tool such as PostMonk changes the math. For analytics and white-label client reports, Metricool or Sprout Social go deeper. For a social inbox alongside scheduling, Agorapulse or Sendible cover both jobs. Our Publer alternatives roundup, linked above, scores each one on the same rubric.
